Cancellation Policiy

All deposits are non refundable.

In the event of a no show (i.e. client fails to arrive or attend the orientation); your reservation will be cancelled at the discounted price and you will be charge the normal rates per night per person.

This offer requires than you & your spouse attend a 90 minutes orientation at one of our sponsor’s resort. Failure to do so the hotel will cancel your entire reservation or possibly charge you the normal rate plus an administrative penalty.

If you are unable to arrive on the first night of your reservation you must get in contact with us immediately.

When you have determined that you will not make it to the hotel on the first night, contact us immediately to make other arrangements.

The room will not be held for the following night unless you specifically make arrangements with us.
