Terms & Conditions

1.- This promotion is valid for 5 days and 4 nights in Cancun or Puerto Vallarta of hotel accommodations (Hotel tax not included). Additional nights are available on request. If traveling to both destinations, the second trip must be more than six months after the first.

2.- This offer is for married couples or two adults living together (cohabitants). Adults must be 30 years old or older and have a valid drives license and major credit card for identification purposes. If married, both parties must use this certificate together. You may bring two children under 12 for free. This offer is valid for US residents or Canadian residents from the following providences: Yukon, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia and the Northwest Territories.

3.- Participants must be gainfully employed full-time or retired and have a combined household income of at least $35,000 USD per year (cohabitating couples MUST both have with them a valid driver’s license with the same address).

4.- Two forms of identification are required for a check-in and the presentation: Valid driver’s license, state issued ID card or Passport AND a valid major credit card that is accepted internationally (Visa, Master Card or American Express). A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo is not a major credit card and Discover Card is also NOT accepted.

5.- This offer is valid for hotel lodging accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, transportation, service charges or incidental expenses. Accommodations are subject to availability. Complimentary transportation is provided from the airport to you hotel only.

6.- After receiving your confirmation number, you will need to send a $100.00 ( US Funds only) refundable room guarantee deposit. This deposit must be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. See Cancellation Policy.

Additional daily taxes from the Mexican government will be 14% in Cancun and 18% in Puerto Vallarta and must be paid to your hotel upon check-in.

7.- After your deposit has been received you will be mailed or emailed a written confirmation with directions and check-in time. You must present the confirmation letter along with two forms of ID. (Drivers license and major credit card) upon check-in.

Notice of changes to a confirmed reservation must be received at least 30 days prior to your schedule arrival date. Failure to do so or no shows will forfeit your deposit and or staying. See Cancellation Policy.

8.- There is a $25 reschedule fee to change a confirmed reservation date.

9.- Two or more vacation offers must not be used concurrently or within the same year. This offer is not valid for groups or for attending a convention (no exceptions).

10.- You should receive a call from one of our representatives to confirm your reservation within 15 or 30 days prior to your arrival.


11.- This offer requires than you & your spouse attend a 90 minutes orientation at one of our sponsor’s resort. Failure to do so will cancell the hotel reservation inmediately.
